A true friend increases your courage.
2) Your need to rely on God won't decrease with experience (16:6-10).
Drop the pride.
3) There are people who are ready for God right now (16:11-15).
Find them.
4) God is worthy to be praised even in pain (16:16-40).
Let your scars fuel your worship.
5) There will be people who don't like what is right (17:1-9).
Don't give them too much power.
6) The Bible is the most dependable thing you have (17: 10-15).
Claim it's truth.
