The Book Of Acts: The DNA Of A Healthy Church
CHOOSING YOUR WORDS
Acts 24:1-26:32
In Your Difficult Situations:
Round One=Felix (24:1-27):
Listen well, humbly share your experiences, and calmly don't agree with what isn't true.
Conflicts can be open doors to God's greater purpose.
Your actions can validate or nullify your words.
Round Two=Festus (25:1-22):
Words can only go so far- you need God's hand of protection.
Stay rational and specific.
If there are just consequences, don't pretend like you are innocent.
Round Three=Agrippa (25:23-26:32):
Even on the hot seat, you can still ask for a favor.
Don't get too defensive, look for opportunities.
Be honest about your desires and ideals.
